My experience with FourBlock was above and beyond any expectations I had. My cohort felt like a family of other current and former military members going through the same transition together. We not only received help with our own professional development, but we were able to hear directly from companies. We learned about their culture and types of jobs they were hiring for, as well as made connections to help us identify mentors and ultimately get hired. Saving the best for last - the staff was amazing and dedicated! Bernard hopped on a call with me early one morning to talk through the soul searching that comes along with such a big life change and my assigned mentor was very helpful as well. Love FourBlock!
